We at Puppy Palace want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in our products, and we stand behind everything we sell.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus shipping, handling, and other charges) within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or store credit. We are sorry, but gift certificates are non-refundable. We are only able to accept returns of personalized items if the product is defective.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customers can request a RMA# by logging into the 'My Account' page, clicking on 'Order History', then clicking on 'View' under the appropriate order id#, then clicking on the 'Return' link under the appropriate product or by calling Customer Service at 949-910-7904.

We will not accept any returns without a RMA#. Product must be returned in its original form and packaging. The RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your shipping box. Product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
